Is the Overland Park Convention Center handicap accessible (parking, building access, etc.)?

There are 17 designated spots for handicapped parking under our covered parking lot located on the north side of the building off of 110th Street. The building is equipped with handicapped-accessible entrances & a passenger elevator to navigate both floors of the convention center.
