Our customizable Courtyard Rooms, located on the Courtyard Level, are ideal for a luncheon, ceremony, conference, meeting, or any other event that might have 10 people or 1,000! The Overland Park Convention Center can open up these Courtyard Rooms to expand into larger spaces, or we can use just one room as a small event space for more intimate gatherings.

Our Courtyard Rooms have all the space you need to hold your event. A capacity of 1,412 people means you can invite numerous guests without worry of overfilling your venue. Our courtyard rooms are easily accessible on the Courtyard (Lower) Level of the conference center. The versatility of our Courtyard Rooms means they’re perfect for hosting hybrid events, weddings, meetings, conferences, and more!
