Logistics & Resources
Directions
The Overland Park Convention Center is located 30 minutes south of the Kansas City International Airport (MCI) off of I-435 at the intersection of College Boulevard and Nall Avenue.
Parking & Maps
Parking is always free at the Overland Park Convention Center, with approximately 1,000 spaces around the complex. The main parking lot is located on the north side of the building off of 110th Street. Additional parking is available on College Boulevard.
Move In, Move Out
We have eight loading docks suitable for standard commercial trailers, two drive-in ramps with direct access to our Exhibition Hall. Loading docks are located on the east side of the building off of Woodson St. Covered parking leading to two freight elevators allows for personal vehicle load-in access, and a large, sliding glass wall provides access to our spacious Pre-Function areas.
Payment Methods
Full payment must be included with all advanced orders to obtain discount prices. Purchase orders are not considered advance payment. Payment must be made online. Any additional costs incurred for orders or services placed at the show site, including labor and material handling, are due and payable upon installment of equipment. All adjustments must be made during the show.
