Lung Force Gala

Join the American Lung Association of Kansas & Greater Kansas City for the 2026 LUNG FORCE Gala, an unforgettable evening of philanthropy and celebration in support of lung health. This year’s theme, The Winners Circle of Hope, takes inspiration from the Kentucky Derby, blending elegance with purpose in a night dedicated to raising critical funds for research, education, and support programs.

Since its inception in 2017, the LUNG FORCE Gala has welcomed over 2,800 guests and raised more than $1.6 million to fight lung cancer and lung disease—and in 2026, we’re not done yet.

Gala Schedule:

• 4:30 PM: Doors Open – Check-in, Cocktails & Silent Auction
• 5:50 PM: Live Viewing of the Kentucky Derby
• 7:00 PM: Dinner, Live Auction & Fund the Mission Program

Event Highlights:

• Derby-inspired celebration with themed decor and programming
• Live and silent auctions with exciting experiences and items
• Heartfelt stories and mission moments from those impacted by lung disease
• An opportunity to be part of a movement for a world free of lung disease
