Megan Mitchell is a Banquet Manager at the Overland Park Convention Center (OPCC). She joined the convention center team in January of 2019, where she started as a Bar Manager.

She embarked on her journey in the hospitality industry as a banquet server during her time at Kansas State University, quickly advancing to the role of supervisor. Following her graduation, she returned to Kansas City and took on the role of an onsite Event Coordinator at the Downtown Marriott, showcasing her expertise before joining OPCC.

In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her dog, Tucker, going to concerts, spending time outside, and watching reality TV.
