OD Out Loud Revival –  Reclaiming Our Power, Reunifying Our Field

OD Out Loud is a cooperative venture owned and designed by 20 practitioner-collaborators who came together to create the gathering they needed to experience. We are convening IN PERSON to remember who we are together, and at the same time we are engaging a GLOBAL online conversation about our field.

We are leaning into a whole systems view and an experience that honors both the intimate and the mighty. A panel of Global OD leaders as a Keynote… live streamed talks that circle the globe… Dojo leaders and facilitators from international backgrounds…online dialogue that includes those of us in Kansas City as well as those in Chile, Columbia, Nigeria, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Spain, UK,  India and beyond. Our Keynote speakers come to root us in whole systems thinking from different lenses – regenerative practice, systems transformation, and community building.

This gathering is for anyone interested in how we transform today into a better tomorrow for our workplaces, our communities and ourselves. We bring that through an OD lens, but we welcome your voice from any field. It is the intention and purpose that matter, not where you started from. All are welcome.
