At the Overland Park Convention Center August 22-24

(July 17, 2008 – Overland Park, KS) Hunting and outdoors enthusiasts from across the country as well as Australia, Canada, and Europe are coming to the World Predator and Hunting Expo at the Overland Park Convention Center Friday, August 22 from 5pm to 10pm, Saturday, August 23 from 10am to 9pm; and Sunday, August 24 from 10am to 5pm.

The event will feature the first World Predator Calling Competition held in 42 years. “Over 200 callers will converge in Overland Park ready to show a panel of judges and the world how good they are” said Brent Rueb, promoter for the World Predator and Hunting Expo.

The three day expo will also feature world-class exhibitors, live demonstrations, and over thirty expert seminars including one by Teressa Hagerman. Raised in Southwest, Missouri, Hagerman is the first woman to harvest a bull elephant with a bow. Attendees will have a chance to win over $30,000 worth of prizes including a three day, four night, all inclusive predator hunt for two people in Raymond, Alberta Canada.

The event is open to the public. Advanced tickets can be purchased online at Ticketweb.com. The tickets cost $12.50 for adults and $6.00 for children 6-years-old to 12-years-old. Tickets at the gate cost $17.50 for adults and $9.00 for children 6-years-old to 12-years-old. Tickets are free for children under 6-years-old.
